Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
An agile beauty/lifestyle brand is looking for a Brand Director to develop short and long term brand and product strategies, and lead execution with a hands-on approach. This is a small yet established brand that has a lot of opportunity for growth and innovation.
This person should be highly data-driven, an expert in modern marketing methodologies, consumer-centric, and have extensive 360 experience.
Job Description
- Drive strategic brand positioning, growth, and equity
- Develop overall brand messaging, seasonal, and product campaigns based on brand pillars, goals, and new innovation launches.
- Develop and own the omni-channel go-to-market calendar that embodies the brand and visual aesthetic.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create and increase brand awareness, disseminate a brand message that resonates with the target demographic, and to keep customers (new, existing, and potential growth customers) aware of company’s business activities
- Set and align strategic goals related to digital advertising and marketing campaign initiatives
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing operations to ensure they project a cohesive brand voice
- Analyze target consumer insights, and market insights information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches and identify potential new customer growth
- Oversee reporting and optimization on marketing initiatives, conduct thorough analysis on ROI, and develop necessary solutions
- Work closely with VP Marketing and other senior leaders to define and develop growth plans
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- 7+ years of consumer brand management (3+ years leading brand strategy)
- Expertise in strategic 360 marketing campaigns, branding, and digital marketing
- Exceptional understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta, and Marketing KPIs
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (i.e. social media, digital advertising) and non-digital (i.e. press, OOH print, collaborations, activations) channels
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques, data analysis methods and platforms
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and integrated business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, promotion, social media, press etc.)
- Extensive D2C experience is a plus
Salary could be 160-200k or higher depending on experience. Bonus and great benefits available. This would be a hybrid environment with their office being based on Long Island.
