Job Scope:

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role leads a team of marketing professionals, collaborates with cross-functional departments, and oversees the planning, development, and implementation of all marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure consistent execution of campaigns
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources

Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, campaigns, and communications
  • Oversee content creation, branding materials, and messaging tone
  • Strengthen the brand’s positioning and awareness in local and regional markets

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage go-to-market strategies for product launches and promotional events
  • Analyse campaign effectiveness and ROI, and provide actionable insights

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising strategies
  • Collaborate with web developers and digital teams to optimise user experience
  • Stay current with digital trends and tools to ensure innovative outreach

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Translate data insights into strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and vendors
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align messaging
  • Manage PR efforts and media communications as needed
