ZoomInfo is hiring a Director of ABM to build and lead their Account-Based Marketing Center of Excellence . This is a strategic leadership role with direct ownership over ABM campaign development, execution, technology, cross-functional collaboration, and ROI measurement.

- Define strategy and framework for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs
- Build and evangelize ABM internally with cross-functional teams
- Partner with SDRs to align outbound plays with marketing signals
- Lead content strategy and campaign messaging
- Leverage platforms (LinkedIn, retargeting, direct mail, etc.) for tailored messaging
- Own and optimize ABM tech stack (e.g., PathFactory, Marketo Measure, Salesforce)
- Drive campaign orchestration, data integrity, and reporting
- Align with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Ops
- Share insights and drive GTM alignment
ROI & Measurement:
- Create ROI stories for leadership and refine attribution models
- Hire and grow a high-performing ABM team
- Promote a culture of experimentation and accountability
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience
- 3+ years leading ABM programs and teams
- Proven track record of successful ABM campaigns that generate revenue
- Strong copywriting, creative, and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, PathFactory, LinkedIn Ads
- Passion for metrics, performance tracking, and storytelling with data
- Comfortable working strategically and tactically
