Major Duties

  1. Leverages experience in technology to drive new relationships to the firm.
  2. Cultivates and manages deep, long-term relationships with UHNW clients, acting as their trusted advisor and navigating complex financial needs.
  3. Gains a comprehensive understanding of each client’s family dynamics, financial goals, and philanthropic aspirations through assessment and annual recaps.
  4. Develops and implements customized wealth management strategies for UHNW clients.
  5. Prepares tailored meeting agendas with proactive advice and a relationship timeline to meet client goals.
  6. Reviews account relationships to determine banking and investment needs, and identifies opportunities for relationship enhancement.
  7. Focuses on relationship building, developing integrated solutions, and coordinating with experts to meet client needs, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  8. Provides financial services including wealth structuring, credit, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
  9. Builds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of excellence.
  10. Uses digital solutions to enhance the client experience.

Salary Range

$158,010 - 276,460 USD.

Salary is an estimate of base pay. Northern Trust offers a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, insurance, and other voluntary benefits. Discretionary bonuses, possibly including equity, are also provided.
