What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of litigation support services including Electronic Data Discovery and Consulting
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and identify upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align sales strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to potential clients
- Manage accounts for existing and new clients, ensuring optimal project outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of sales success in the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to maintain a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong influencing skills and connections within the eDiscovery industry
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical details confidently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
