Our client is hiring a Vice President of Sales & Recruiting to lead and align their revenue and delivery engine. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role with a clear path to C-level. Reporting to the COO, you’ll own strategy and execution across sales and recruiting—including contract staffing, direct hire, and managed services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, manage, and develop high-performing sales and recruiting teams.
• Build and execute an integrated go-to-market strategy.
• Drive top-line growth, gross profit, fill rates, and client retention.
• Partner across functions—marketing, ops, tech—to support scale.
• Cultivate executive-level client relationships and drive enterprise sales.
  

Who You Are

• 10+ years in staffing (ETC preferred), with 5+ in senior leadership.
• Passionate about developing people and building strong cultures.
• Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset and high EQ.
• Comfortable driving performance with data and accountability.
• Growth-oriented, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused.
