About the Role:

This role involves sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients primarily from your network and industry, focusing on a Hunter sales approach.

What You'll Do:

Hunting:

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise clients across industries, especially in Consumer sectors like Retail, E-commerce, and Omnichannel.
  • Originate and nurture business relationships leading to engagement opportunities.
  • Present BairesDev's value proposition tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Project Management:

  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and define solutions to meet client needs and business outcomes.
  • Plan and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate resources and teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage risks through tactical plans and actions.

We are looking for:

  • A sales professional passionate about selling technology solutions with:
  • 5+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors, with exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in business development, key account management, or vendor relations within retail.
  • Proven success in closing midsize and enterprise accounts in retail or consumer markets.
  • Deep understanding of the retail industry, including key players, strategies, and trends.
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset for building client relationships.
  • Knowledge of retail systems, customer data platforms, inventory management, and common technological challenges.
  • Ability to deliver tailored, compelling presentations.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
  • Native English or bilingual proficiency.
