About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling management consulting professional services, be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our firm. This is an ideal way for a motivated professional to develop skills directly translatable to firm leadership.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of Forum’s strategic advantages to build awareness and articulate Forum’s position in the marketplace.
- Identify, develop, and land new business to expand the firm’s client base.
- Prepare and present proposals, discussion materials, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Create comprehensive business development strategic plans that align with Forum’s annual and long-range plans and lead the implementation of business development strategies.
- Achieve and exceed business development goals.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions with our customer relationship management software.
- Collaborate with existing client teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Actively network, build Forum Solutions’ brand presence, and contribute to the firm's strategic plan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform client targeting and outreach strategies and internal product development.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral to support business development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven success in new business development, sales, or a similar role within the consulting industry.
- Demonstrated client service delivery in project management and leading key initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the consulting market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, self-aware, proactive, and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The base annual salary for this position is $130,000. Additionally, your success in generating sales revenues will drive an on-target compensation range of $230,000 - $300,000.
