About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our fast-growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing strategic customer relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth. It combines sales strategy, business development, and customer success to support long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue high-potential leads in targeted industries or geographies
- Understand customer goals and industry shifts to tailor solutions effectively
- Conduct persuasive presentations and lead negotiations through deal close
- Own the full sales cycle, consistently achieving or exceeding targets
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on growth and retention
- Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and provide consultative support
- Review performance metrics and offer recommendations for ongoing improvement
- Implement account expansion strategies to grow revenue
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Partner with internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies and sales approaches
- Monitor market conditions and competitor trends to optimize positioning
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and local engagement
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and revenue reporting
- Provide mentorship to junior team members
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Represent the company at relevant events and conferences
Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Report on pipeline health and sales metrics
- Use data to continually improve individual and team sales efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years in B2B or enterprise sales, with 2+ years in a senior or strategic role
- Proven success in exceeding sales goals and managing long sales cycles
- Experience managing large accounts and navigating complex deals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- Ability to coach and collaborate effectively with others
