The ideal candidate will be both strategic and tactical in leading our sales strategy from the ground up, with a focus on supporting Aprende Workforce in transforming the space. Work with some of the largest hospital systems in the US, while making an actual difference in the lives of thousands of people.
What We Expect
A highly motivated Account Executive, with experience managing BDRs/SDRs or coming from a BDR/SDR track where you crushed it. Proven track record of success in sales at rapidly growing startups. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing Aprende Workforce as a leading recruitment + training platform for healthcare organizations in the US. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, both managing your own pipeline as well as providing key support building out best-in-class B2B scalable sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, manage the full sales cycle, and track performance metrics.
- Build and maintain client relationships, serve as the lead contact, and propose new sales tactics to engage leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, deliver presentations, attend conferences, and utilize CRM tools for client management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record at fast-growing startups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools such as Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data Enrichment tools.
- Exceptional networker with a track record of using conferences and industry events to build relationships that drive sales.
- Ability to travel frequently to attend conferences and meet with clients in person.
This role offers a competitive salary with the potential to earn up to $180K based on performance.
