What You’ll Do

• Drive $50K–$500K deals in semiconductor, EV, and aviation (50/50 account management/new business)
• Meet quarterly ($250K-$750k) and annual ($1M–$3M) quotas using Pipedrive
• Follow Sof-Tek’s Sales Playbook for consistent lead qualification and closure
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver tailored UL 508A/Automation solutions
• Build long-term partnerships to capture market share

Who You Are

• 2–7 years of B2B sales in industrial automation, electrical/controls, or manufacturing
• Proven track record closing $50K–$500K deals and meeting $500K–$3M quotas
• Technical aptitude for UL 508A panels and EtherCAT systems (or ability to learn quickly)
• Proficient in Pipedrive or similar CRM for pipeline management
• Comfortable with 3+ days/week travel and technical presentations to engineers and executives
• Agile, coachable, and driven to solve client challenges
