What You’ll Do
As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll be a key player in driving OneText’s growth by bringing our platform to small and medium-sized brands while laying the groundwork for enterprise opportunities. Your role will blend sales, strategy, and creativity in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Perform engaging demos of the OneText platform to small and medium-sized brands, guiding them from curiosity to closed deals.
- Support prospecting efforts into enterprise brands, setting up high-value meetings to expand our reach.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping a pulse on the ecommerce ecosystem and the SMS (retention) marketing space to inform your approach and strategy
We’re looking for a driven, creative, and adaptable individual who’s excited to join a startup and make an impact. You bring:
- Experience in ecommerce or B2B software (ecommerce preferred, but not mandatory).
- Comfort setting up cold outreach systems like cold email to generate leads.
- A knack for innovative prospecting—think personalized DMs on social media, crafting videos for social selling, or account-based marketing to catch the eye of enterprise brands.
- Bonus: Experience closing deals, though not required—we’ll help you grow into it.
- A passion for experimenting with new ways to connect with prospects and build relationships.

Location & Travel
This role is fully remote, with optional access to our San Francisco office. We gather in person a couple of times a year for team meetups to collaborate and connect.

$70K-$100K base
