Role Description

The first product from Mountain High LLC is Premium Cannabis Dog walker Pre-Roll 5-packs. I'm looking for someone energetic who wants to go to dispensaries and establish orders for this product and future products. This is a contract position for a Sales Director, located on-site in Santa Fe, Albuquerque or Taos, NM. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role includes building strong relationships with dispensary clients and stakeholders, overseeing sales operations, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management
• Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with the cannabis industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Fe, Albuquerque or Taos, NM.
