About the job:
The VP of Inside Sales oversees team leaders and sales reps focusing on remote sales to small and mid-market clients. Responsibilities include managing operations, developing strategies, and meeting sales targets. They motivate teams and coordinate with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities.
- Achieve revenue goals by increasing spend per account.
- Conduct strategic meetings with clients' senior management.
- Lead and direct managers and teams.
- Contribute to national cross-market sales efforts.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with divisional strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in sales management, including leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
