  • Lead the installation and commissioning of electrical systems and instrumentation for new equipment and upgrades.
  • Interpret complex electrical and P&ID schematics to support system modifications and enhancements.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for critical electrical and control systems.
  • Mentor and support junior technicians in troubleshooting and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Process Control teams to improve process automation and reliability.
  • Work directly with vendors and contractors on equipment calibration, technical issues, and project execution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards, including arc flash safety and hazardous area classifications.
  • Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in an E&I role within a heavy industrial or chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar systems).
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical codes (NEC, NFPA 70E) and instrumentation standards (ISA).
  • Experience with calibration tools, loop checks, and test equipment.
Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
