Our award-winning client out of Oregon has been at the forefront of innovation and sustainable design since its establishment and they are currently looking for an experienced mechanical professional to step into their Seattle office.

This is a unique opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress quickly in a fast-growing office!

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, manage timelines, budgets, and client coordination
• Oversee design and documentation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy systems
• Develop workplans, delegate tasks, and guide interdisciplinary coordination
• Ensure code compliance, quality control, and application of project standards
• Conduct site visits, review calculations, and oversee equipment selection
• Mentor junior staff and support process and standard improvements
• Maintain client relationships and may serve as Project Manager or Engineer of Record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 6–10 years of experience in the AEC or built environment industry
• Proven leadership and delegation skills
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and sustainable design
• Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
