Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

We are looking for a driven MEP Project Engineer with HVAC experience who’s eager to grow and take their career to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both small and large commercial projects while learning from industry leaders and building a strong foundation for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating MEP project activities.
• Review HVAC design documents and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support procurement, submittals, and material tracking.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to solve technical challenges.
• Monitor quality control and ensure safety standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, RFIs, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• HVAC experience on commercial builds.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Mentorship and training from senior industry professionals
