About the Role
The Assistant Project Manager will work with an existing project team on current construction projects. They will assist a Project Manager and develop under the guidance of CSI. Candidates should have at least three years of experience as a Project Engineer and embody CSI's core values as outlined in the CSI Orientation Packet.

Essential Functions
- Follow CSI policies and procedures
- Manage subcontractors, field personnel, and project team members
- Handle document control and drawings
- Prepare and review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and manage related logs
- Manage purchase orders, vendor tracking, and project budgets
- Assist with electrical take-offs, estimating, and change orders
- Coordinate with lighting and pre-fab departments as needed
- Provide administrative support to field foremen and project managers
- Track time, materials, and subcontracts
- Support project closeouts and O&M documentation
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; AA/BS in relevant fields preferred
- Minimum three years of electrical construction experience
- Certifications like LEED AP and OSHA 30 are desirable
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Estimating experience, proficiency in MS Office, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, Revit
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand electrical codes
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Physical and Work Environment
- Outdoor work on uneven surfaces, in varying weather conditions
- Work in environments with industrial equipment and chemicals

Salary: $70,000 - $125,000/year, based on experience, paid weekly.
