Job Description
We are seeking a passionate individual interested in genomics sequencing technology who wants to impact personalized diagnostics. The candidate should have a deep understanding of RNA-sequencing and methylation sequencing biochemistry, insight into creating novel techniques, and improving assays. The role involves working with a team of world experts on cutting-edge genomic diagnostic technology.
Qualifications
Education Minimum Requirement:
- Ph.D. in Biological Sciences such as molecular biology, genomics, or biochemistry.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience in novel NGS method development
- Experience in RNA-seq, methylation sequencing, and single-cell RNA-seq
- Deep knowledge of enzymes and molecular biology
Additional Experience and Skills:
- Experience in cancer biology
- Experience working with challenging clinical specimens with low biomass, such as stool and blood
Additional Information
- Base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000. Final salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and skills.
