  • Contribute to multiple projects executed in parallel while adhering to timelines to meet deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the scientific team to analyze and interpret screening data for translation into in vivo models.
  • Communicate findings with internal and external experts and contribute to strategic R&D decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering or similar field. Relevant industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience in high throughput screening and using in vitro assays and in vivo models for research within drug delivery or related fields.
  • Experience with HPLC and LC-MS analysis, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis/QC.
  • Hands-on experience with multiplex immunoassays (MSD) is a plus.
  • Strong technical background in analytical chemistry with the ability to independently troubleshoot, develop, and optimize analytical methods.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills capable of effective collaboration within a highly cross-functional team.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual with demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a start-up is a plus.
