The Opportunity: The Graduate School of Business and Leadership at National Louis University seeks a dynamic leader for its MBA program. The candidate should have business experience, faculty experience, and a commitment to developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. The role involves curriculum oversight, teaching, staffing, assessment, and student support, primarily serving working professionals through online and low residency formats. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, research-informed, and capable of leading change.

The Program Director will join a collaborative team and contribute to the strategic growth aligned with NLU's values of innovation, access, excellence, and equity.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver master's level courses in business and leadership, both online and in person.
• Advocate for student success, oversee inquiries, contribute to outcomes improvement, advise students, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Develop and revise curricula, participate in assessment processes, and ensure program quality.
• Lead program success, support enrollment and retention, oversee faculty, and represent the program externally.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Business, Leadership, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional practice in managerial or executive roles.
• Research and teaching experience, including online/hybrid formats.
• Commitment to diversity, student success, and professional development.
