The Opportunity: The Graduate School of Business and Leadership at National Louis University seeks a dynamic leader for its MBA program. Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver master's level courses in business and leadership, both online and in person.
- Advocate for student success, oversee inquiries, contribute to outcomes improvement, advise students, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Develop and revise curricula, participate in assessment processes, and ensure program quality.
- Lead program success, support enrollment and retention, oversee faculty, and represent the program externally.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Business, Leadership, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of professional practice in managerial or executive roles.
- Research and teaching experience, including online/hybrid formats.
- Commitment to diversity, student success, and professional development.
