Job Details
We are a leading law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the legal industry and is looking for a challenging and rewarding career. As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will work with a team of legal professionals to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters related to employment law, civil defense litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings and provide legal opinions.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Attend depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as required.
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, civil defense litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and cases simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
