Cruser Mitchell is a well-established national law firm seeking individuals who are career-oriented, creative and aspire to become great lawyers. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of litigation experience. Some insurance coverage experience preferred.

Role: Litigation Associate Attorney

Location: Chicago

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience starting at $125,000 plus bonus consideration.

• Associate attorneys are involved in all aspects of our practice, including pre-lawsuit investigation; case analysis; written discovery; depositions; motions and other court appearances; assisting in arbitration, mediations, and trials; analysis and litigation of insurance coverage matters; and legal research and writing on a wide variety of issues.

Attorney Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Insurance coverage experience is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic, motivation, effective project management and creative thinking are expected
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
