We are seeking a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant for full-time, permanent employment with full benefits. Interested candidates are encouraged to send their resume along with salary expectations.

Position: Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant

Type: Full-time / Permanent

Location: Any City / Township / Village, United States

Travel: Up to 75% or 4 days a week (home on weekends, based on project requirements)

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

1. At least 2 years of experience in IT / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
2. At least 2 years of experience in business processes, including analysis and requirements gathering
3. At least 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) / Human Resources
4. At least 2 years of experience deploying HCM SaaS solutions (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
5. Certified in Workday HCM and in Compensation or Benefits, or anticipating certification within 30 days

In this dynamic role, you will interact directly with clients, and travel to client sites may be required up to 4 days per week. Candidates living within 50 miles of a major airport are preferred.
