Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate to work within our Enterprise Performance Management practice, focusing on finance consulting. This role involves collaborating with senior executives to optimize financial functions, improve controls, and enhance reporting and analytics processes.

- Lead technical implementation of Oracle EPM tools such as Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion Planning & HFM, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Manage technical development including configuration, business rules, data integration, security, and report development.
- Supervise teams, foster trust, encourage innovation, and provide feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience in Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting, Financial Master Data Management, and Account Reconciliations.
- Proven success in leading Oracle EPM implementations and configurations.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with cloud-based collaboration and project management tools.
Additional Information
