Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Perform legal research and case law analysis
- Prepare pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
- Active member of the Florida Bar
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000
