Duties :

• Draft, review, and argue motions in commercial and intellectual property litigation matters.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Manage document production and maintain case files.
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery disputes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance to clients.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.

Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in commercial and/or intellectual property litigation.
• Proven ability to draft legal documents, including motions and discovery responses.
• Experience handling document productions and managing case documentation.
• Skilled in conducting and defending depositions.
• Strong litigation skills and a demonstrated ability to independently manage cases.
• Excellent communication, writing, and legal research abilities.

Education :

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications :

• Active license to practice law in the state of New York.
