- 2+ years of litigation experience including, general commercial litigation, professional liability litigation (especially design professionals, healthcare, specialty care or senior living litigation), construction, human trafficking or sexual abuse litigation, mass torts and class action, employment litigation, and/or products liability
- The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Maryland
