SUMMARY:

• Preferred litigation with large multi-party construction defect cases in Florida and other jurisdictions.
• Ability to conduct extensive document review and legal research; draft pleadings, discovery, motions and prepare memoranda analyzing legal and factual issues.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in construction/litigation matters.
• Excellent attention to detail, handle multi-faceted and voluminous document intensive cases.
• Excellent academic credentials with attendance of a top 25 law school is desired and a huge plus.
• Superior research and writing skills are required.
• Member of the Florida Bar required.
