Duties

Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.

Represent clients in court, including arguing motions.
Take and defend depositions (prior experience preferred).

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of relevant pre-trial litigation experience.
Admission to practice law in New York State.
Ability to handle legal matters independently with minimal supervision.

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Active membership in the New York State Bar.

Skills
