Trial Lawyer Attorney

A law firm seeks a highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorney with extensive jury and non-jury trial experience in both state and federal courts in Florida. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in various litigation areas and possess a strong client base.

Duties

• Represent clients in real estate litigation and business torts.
• Handle officer and director liability matters.
• Manage complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
• Conduct insurance litigation proceedings.
• Develop and maintain a portable book of business.

Requirements

• Proven trial experience in state and federal courts.
• Portable book of business with current and potential clients.
• Willingness to become admitted to The Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to The Florida Bar preferred.
