$210,000.00/yr - $211,000.00/yr
A mid-sized, full service firm in Chicago is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing practice group. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a law firm setting.
This group represents owners, developers, general contractors in construction litigation matters including design defects, construction defects, construction delay, mechanic's liens, and payment issues. Transactional experience is a plus as the group also works on drafting and negotiating construction agreements.
Partners' are known for their mentorship and include associates in case strategy and allow associates to manage cases, develop strategies for resolution and trial.
Firm offers a flexible, hybrid work environment with an 1800 billable hour expectation.
Comp range starts at $215,000 base + bonus.
