Leverage your deep knowledge to reshape how clients experience our products and help to elevate every client interaction. As a Vice President in the Global Payments Advisory team, you will be an integral part of client-facing teams, providing subject matter expertise in the Treasury and Finance domain, advising and solutioning for the largest and most strategic clients across industries in North America.
You will have a deep understanding and working experience with treasury and financial departments and/or have led treasury and finance transformation or consulting projects. You will exhibit strategic and original thinking, sharing treasury best practices, industry trends, conducting in-depth analyses, solution whiteboarding, and demonstrating robust client-facing skills. You will also create thought leadership content for pitching payments solutions and work in partnership with sales and product teams to increase client engagement.
You will work closely with the Sales team to meet new sales, pipeline, and portfolio growth targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Work independently and with Global Industry teams to develop and deliver treasury best practices, industry trends, benchmarking, market analysis, and banking solutions aligned with client needs.
- Leverage JPM product offerings (cash management, liquidity, FX, merchant acquiring, trade, and working capital solutions) to structure solutions for corporate clients.
- Conduct treasury whiteboarding sessions, provide insights, and propose solutions to improve Payments and Treasury operations.
- Research industry trends, understand client ecosystems, and define treasury & payment solution strategies.
- Use treasury expertise and industry intelligence to build campaigns and sales plans to support pipeline growth.
- Enhance external visibility by participating in JPM proprietary events, industry roundtables, and client events.
- Drive and support thought leadership content, develop success stories, and gather feedback from clients and partners.
- Organize trends, meet with clients, collect feedback, and collaborate with Product teams.
- Provide coaching to coverage and sales teams on best practices and JPM industry value propositions.
- Ensure strong risk management, compliance, and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in a Corporate Treasury and Finance Function or treasury and finance transformation consulting.
- Strong understanding of payment industry, banking infrastructure, and treasury technology platforms like TMS, ERPs, and emerging payment rails.
- Good understanding of accounting, tax, and regulatory considerations in treasury.
- Knowledge of cash management, liquidity, trade, working capital, cross-border payments, FX, and banking technology, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Big Data.
- Design thinking, process re-engineering, and problem-solving skills.
- Client-centric approach, strong business acumen, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing, networking, and collaboration abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams.
