Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney (3-7 Years' Experience)
Location: New York City Metro Area (Hybrid/Flexible Schedule Available)
Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Represent clients at depositions, court appearances, and mediations
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
• Work closely with partners and other team members to develop case strategies
  

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in New York
• 3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to New Jersey bar a plus but not required
