An established law firm specializing in insurance defense and insurance bad faith litigation is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience. This role provides the opportunity to manage high-exposure cases from inception to trial, contributing to the firm's strong reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Trial Experience: Lead first or second chair in trial proceedings, including pre-trial motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing strategic advice and updates on case developments.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior associates, helping them develop their litigation skills and guide them through case management.
• Litigation Support: Conduct legal research, prepare motions, draft pleadings, and provide strategic input for complex cases.
• Case Management: Independently manage complex insurance defense cases, including both first-party and third-party claims, from start to finish.
  

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in insurance defense, insurance bad faith, or related litigation, with significant trial experience.
• Trial Experience: First or second chair trial experience is required. Must be comfortable handling cases independently from inception through resolution.
• Skills: Strong writing, research, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex cases.
• License: Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Cultural Fit: Ability to work effectively in a relaxed and collaborative environment. Must be able to manage high-stakes cases and demonstrate leadership skills.
