Duties

- Collaborate with clients, experts, and attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates.
Requirements
- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
- At least one year of civil litigation experience.
- Experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
- Strong advocacy and communication skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
