Plaintiff’s Side Personal Injury Associate Attorney

We are seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 5–10 years of litigation experience , including at least 2 years in personal injury , to join our plaintiff-side personal injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney ready to handle meaningful litigation, contribute to high-impact cases, and grow within a supportive and mission-driven firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a docket of litigated and pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial where necessary
• Work closely with partners on case strategy and trial prep
• Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of civil litigation experience
• At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• A proactive, collaborative, and grounded approach to client advocacy
• A commitment to social justice and client-centered advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: In accordance with California’s pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is between $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience.
• Bonus structure: Performance-based bonus based on fees generated
• Competitive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
• Flexible hybrid work environment.
