**The Opportunity:**
The Consultant on the Investment Operations Outsourcing (IOO) Client Service team acts as the first point of contact for clients, resolving complex issues and leading projects to improve service quality. The role requires broad knowledge of the investment management industry, middle office operations, and strong interpersonal skills.

**About Investment Operations Outsourcing:**
NT IOO offers full middle-office solutions for asset managers, providing end-to-end post-trade services across regions and asset types, utilizing a seamless global operating model.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily functions such as cash processing, reconciliations, client reporting, and inquiries. Cross-train and serve as backup. Identify process improvements and mitigate risks.
  • Client Service Management: Understand client needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and develop process changes to enhance service. Understand SLAs and ensure adherence.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for internal partners, build relationships, and mentor junior staff.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • 5+ years supporting financial operations, asset management, or investment clients.
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle and operational processes.
  • Experience implementing process efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Moderate MS Office skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Degree from college or university.
  • Experience in investment management operations.
  • Experience with process or technology initiatives.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools.

**Salary Range:** $66,700 - $113,300 USD. Includes benefits such as retirement plans, health coverage, paid time off, and bonuses.
