Group Legal Counsel

(Corporate Law, M&A, Property Development)

Salary: S$ 15,000– 20,000 + AWS + Bonus
Location: Near Tanjong Pagar/ Shenton Way MRT
Work Schedule: 5 days/ week, 9AM–6PM

Key Requirements:

• LLB + Singapore Bar Admission
• 8–12 years in Law firms/ Corporate legal (Trading, Property, Construction preferred)
• Expertise in M&A, Corporate Law, Litigation
• Willing to travel to Malaysia (Penang/ Johor/ KL)

Job Scope Highlights:

• Legal Advisory: Draft/ review contracts, T&Cs, corporate policies
• M&A Leadership: Lead JVs, acquisitions, divestments
• Corporate Secretarial: Oversee incorporations, compliance, board matters
• Regulatory Work: Internal policy drafting & review

Pre-Interview: 105-min assessment if shortlisted.
