Patent Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced patent attorney to join its intellectual property team in Denver, CO. The role focuses on providing clients with tailored legal counsel in various intellectual property matters, particularly patent prosecution. Duties

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in patent prosecution or related intellectual property practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver exceptional legal services.
• A portable book of business that reflects a successful track record in the field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Patent Bar).
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
