Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process mapping.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Recommend Salesforce features, configurations, and enhancements to address business challenges.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate end-user training.
  

Technical / Development

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and process builders.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC).
• Proficient in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft).
• Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
• Familiarity with Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy).
• Functional Skills:
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and relevant modules.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Business Analyst (optional but beneficial)
