Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We are looking for a technical recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• This is a full-cycle recruiting role, serving as a strategic talent advisor, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Identify and attract top-tier technical talent
• Leverage diverse sourcing methods, networking, and evaluation strategies to recruit world-class engineering talent
• Analyze hiring metrics and trends to refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies
• Contribute to the enhancement of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle through contributions to projects and org-wide initiatives

Qualification :

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, either in-house at a technology company or within a specialized tech recruiting agency
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring passive technical candidates
• Strong understanding of the technology market, various tech stacks, and different engineering disciplines
• Proven ability to articulate technical concepts and company value propositions to candidates
• Excellent cold-calling and relationship-building skills
• Significant experience partnering with and influencing senior technical hiring managers and executives
• Expertise in direct sourcing methodologies and effective interviewing techniques for technical roles
• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and thrive in a high-velocity environment
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant HR technologies
• A genuine passion for technology and its impact
