Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

A respected and growing law firm in Miami is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of complex insurance coverage matters in a collaborative and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret insurance policies, contracts, and related documents.
  • Provide coverage opinions and recommendations to clients.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in connection with insurance coverage disputes.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation and coverage issues.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
  • 2–3 years of insurance coverage experience, preferably including both first- and third-party coverage matters.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

  • The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
