Manager – Tech Consulting

Location: San Jose, CA

About the Role

As a Manager in our Tech Consulting – Digitization & Automation practice, you will be a key contributor to delivering end-to-end finance and digital transformation projects for mid-market and enterprise clients. This role is not limited to ERP delivery — you will work across process, people, technology, and data analytics to help clients modernize the Office of the CFO, embed automation, and improve decision-making.

ERP and other enabling systems will be important tools in your work, but your focus will be on driving outcomes through process redesign, technology enablement, and analytics-led insight. You will work closely with client stakeholders, lead day-to-day project delivery, and mentor junior team members while supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver workstreams within finance and digital transformation programs — covering process optimization (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash), operating model enhancements, technology enablement, and analytics integration.
• Conduct process walkthroughs, identify pain points, and recommend solutions that integrate automation, data, and modern delivery practices.
• Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement transformation roadmaps aligned to client goals.
• Lead the creation of client deliverables, ensuring quality, clarity, and actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to strengthen overall delivery capability.
• Support business development through proposal contributions, case studies, and participation in client meetings.
• Contribute to the development of practice methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting or advisory roles with a focus on finance transformation, digital enablement, and/or technology advisory.
• Hands-on experience in projects that combine process redesign, change management, technology implementation, and data analytics to drive measurable improvement.
• Exposure to multiple ERP and finance technology platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, D365, Intacct, etc.) within a broader transformation context.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage work across multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in SaaS, biotech, manufacturing, or other sectors undergoing digital change.
• Familiarity with global delivery models and cross-regional collaboration.
• Experience using analytics to support finance process improvements, KPI tracking, and decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

Uniqus is dedicated to offering employees competitive and inclusive total compensation packages. Offers are based on several factors, such as the role, level, location, and the individual’s skills and qualifications.

The good-faith estimated base salary range for this position is: $ 120 – $160.

In addition to base compensation, Uniqus offers a comprehensive benefits package, as well as bonus programs and incentives tied to individual and team performance.
