Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Build scalable and reliable microservices architectures.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Integrate with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues in existing code.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in Go and backend development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in backend development, with using Golang.
  • Strong knowledge of Go’s standard library and common Go frameworks/tools.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Proficiency in working with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, concurrency, and distributed systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with version control (Git).
