Job Description: Senior FPGA Engineer

We are looking to hire a highly talented Senior FPGA Engineer to join the technology team. This position is 100% Onsite and NOT open for Remote.

Senior FPGA Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Oversee full life cycle of FPGA development.
2. Collaborate with technology and business teams to integrate FPGA and hardware solutions into trading and research platforms.
3. Research and work with industry-leading hardware and FPGA products.
4. Work alongside industry experts in systems engineering, finance, and technology.
5. Lead and mentor junior team members.
6. Own and lead projects from design to testing and rollout.
7. Address challenging problems in a team environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of FPGA design experience including hardware architecture, simulation, integration, validation, and testing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Xilinx, Vivado, and ModelSim.
• Familiarity with Verilog, scripting/programming, and Linux.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
• Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, and innovative thinker.
• Dependable team player.

Note: Candidates from top-tier universities with a strong GPA are preferred. PhD in relevant fields is a plus. Consideration also given to candidates with a Master's degree and work experience. Top universities include MIT, Carnegie Mellon, Princeton, Harvard, UC Berkeley, Stanford, University of Chicago, Caltech, UCLA, Columbia, NYU, University of Michigan, Yale, Cornell, Brown, among others.
