Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in a mid to large-sized law firm.
- Experience in traditional and electronic discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and trial participation.
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Significant courtroom experience, including appeals.
- Ability to manage cases and delegate tasks to junior associates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a large team.
Education
- Juris Doctor
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
