Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to support retail store functions.
- Manage inventory records, process purchase orders, and track shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.
- Process payroll, maintain employee schedules, and manage timekeeping records.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, financial records, and essential store documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including training and administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate store meetings, vendor communication, and office correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail regulations.
- Support marketing efforts, promotions, and social media updates as required.
- Assist store leadership with various administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in office administration, retail management, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management is desirable.
