Pay Information $2,572 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery nursing License: Active Nursing License required Certifications: ACLS, NRP, BLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate, NIHSS Must-Have: Previous charge experience Description: Registered Nurse will rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, and transition, but not postpartum. The facility is requesting a guaranteed end date of 1/10. Candidates must be willing to work one holiday (eve and day). Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred. Patient census fluctuates daily. The unit typically sees 200-300 births per month. Patient ratios will be 2:1 during the day and 2:1 at night, as well as on weekends. The patient age groups cared for include neonates, infants, and adults. An on-site drug screen will be conducted for various substances.
