Act as the primary contact for shipment inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Manage bookings and dispatch shipments using the Transportation Management System (TMS).

Track and trace shipments, resolving issues and communicating deviations proactively.

Schedule and confirm appointments with shippers and consignees to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Maintain accurate shipment status updates to meet customer key performance indicators.

Audit and process customer and vendor invoices to ensure financial accuracy.

Provide shipment quotes and promote additional logistics services.

Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Collect and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

What we would like you to bring

2+ years in logistics (road, air, or sea), with a strong understanding of transportation processes.

High school diploma required; further education in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Strong decision-making abilities, multitasking skills, and a sense of urgency. Proficiency in TMS and logistics software is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and carrier partners.
